Being from a family of food lovers, she was always attracted to the culinary world and in no time the attraction took the form of passion. It started with cream cakes and pastries and made its way into the cooking world soon. It’s more than thirteen years since she is imparting the skills of creating cuisines. people through vini’s cooking institute.She has completed her graduation in hospitality. Worked with brands like Express Inn. she has 15+ years of experience in the field of cooking.

The vision of vini's cooking began with a challenge: Can we ensure a sustainable empowerment of women. Vinita Ugaonkar is a social-cause entrepreneur and the co-founder of vini's cooking institute.

She brings together her love for baking, Miss Nisha Garud is trained in food styling and photography in a very aesthetically pleasing manner. She focuses on local ingredients and has 5+ years of experience in the field of baking. After completing her civil engineering she persued a career in Baking,open minded for diverse culinary experiences from various regions and have traveled extensively nationally and internationally,having exposure to many cultures makes her the best chef

Mrs. Kirtee Deshpande
Trainer
Kirtee Deshpande is vising faculty at Vinis cooking institute. She holds a wide variety of knowledge in spices and masalas.
She even teaches CSR project students . passion lies in not only trying new recipes and cuisines from all over the world but also sharing that knowledge to all the students who take her classes. Regardless of what stage you are in your cooking, she ensures every student gets individual attention and a home-like atmosphere
